The Senior Meeting Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by overseeing daily events operations, leading the events team, and managing the departmental budget. This role requires strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as the ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

Job Description:

The Senior Meeting Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily events operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Leading and motivating the events team to achieve exceptional service delivery.
  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Events Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop the events team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Able to work under pressure, think on your feet, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Salary: Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
