Meet Our Team: We are looking for a talented Sales Agent for Meeting Room Solutions to join our dynamic team at MeetingRoomz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales and revenue growth.

About the Role: This is a commission-based role that requires a strong background in outbound sales, particularly closing deals over the phone. You will be working remotely (work from home possible) and will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation through research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Sales outreach and relationship building with potential clients over the phone, understanding their unique meeting space needs.
  • Sales pipeline management using CRM software and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Continuous learning and collaboration with the sales team and other departments to optimize strategies and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in outbound sales, particularly closing deals over the phone.
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented with a hunger for exceeding goals and achieving top performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable using sales tools to manage leads and sales pipelines effectively.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
