Theatre Support Specialist

As an End-Point Assessor for Senior Healthcare Support Workers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of apprenticeships in theatre support. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct holistic assessments of Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviour (KSBs) learned throughout the apprenticeship.
The ideal candidate will possess occupational competence in theatre support, a registered healthcare professional status, or completion of a level 5 apprenticeship or regulated occupational competence qualification at level 5 or above. Additionally, they should hold a formal assessor qualification and have experience working in a healthcare setting within the last two years.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Pearson's end-point assessment activities and external quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent end-point assessments on dates agreed with employers
- Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Assess performance in accordance with published criteria and procedures
- Follow protocols set out in Pearson's specifications, assessment materials, and quality assurance protocols
- Report risks and issues encountered during assessments to Pearson
Requirements:

- Experience working in a healthcare setting within the last two years
