Job Title: Healthcare Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our friendly and dynamic team at our busy GP surgery in Cleveland.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, along with a passion for providing outstanding service to patients. Key responsibilities include patient interaction, general reception duties, and administrative experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Answer telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries, and online queries. Full training on the EMIS system will be provided.
  • General Reception Duties: Greet patients warmly and professionally, handling their queries and concerns efficiently. Manage patient records accurately and securely, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a GP practice or primary care setting is highly desirable.
