Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of healthcare services to meet the needs of service users
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff members

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
