Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Direct Sales Executive to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue targets and managing the performance of new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a personal prospect funnel to fund new business targets.
  • Monitor new customer performance and agree action plans for variances.
  • Facilitate account handovers to Account Owners within the first 8 weeks.
  • Support with customer calls and marketing campaign follow-ups.
  • Meet productivity targets and maintain system compliance.

Measures of Performance:

  • New Business Revenue and Service Mix against target.
  • Systems compliance.
  • Prospect Funnel opportunities and committed reports.
  • Daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About You:

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in direct sales or a similar environment. Your tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment will be essential in this role. You will also be able to communicate effectively, persuade and influence customers, and adapt your style to suit their needs.
