Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
