Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Sous Chef to join our team at Job N Job. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen staff, ordering and managing catering supplies, and preparing and cooking high-quality menu items. You will also be responsible for developing and budgeting new dishes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of kitchen and food hygiene.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our kitchen and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  2. Order and manage catering supplies
  3. Prepare and cook high-quality menu items
  4. Develop and budget new dishes
  5. Provide excellent customer service
  6. Maintain high standards of kitchen and food hygiene

What We Offer:

Competitive salary, plus holidays and company benefits. This is a full-time position with basic working hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with some additional hours as the business dictates.
