We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at a leading Law School in a London University. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting students, staff, and visitors, answering telephone calls and emails, and providing administrative assistance to staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally in Higher Education, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
About the Role:
- Greet students, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Actively answer telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure a clean and organised reception area
Key Skills:
