Job Title: Home Support Scheduler

We are seeking a Casual Home Support Scheduler at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, BC.

Job Summary:

This is a casual position with rotating days and varying shift times. As a Home Support Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating home support service schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving service referrals and changes;
  • Reviewing client needs and matching Community Health Workers based on suitability, geographic location, and skills required;
  • Scheduling, monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting Community Health Worker's schedules and client appointments;
  • Confirming completion of client service to referral clinician;
  • Timekeeping.
Requirements:
  • A current 5 Minute Typing Test 30 wpm or greater completed within past 24 months from a recognized institution;
  • Proof of graduation from a recognized Office Administration Program;
  • Your Resume indicating two year's recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
