Job Title: Home Support Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Home Support Scheduler to join our team at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, BC.

About the Role:

The Home Support Scheduler is responsible for coordinating home support services, ensuring that clients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate home support service schedules
  • Review client needs and match Community Health Workers based on suitability, geographic location, and skills required
  • Schedule, monitor, maintain, and adjust Community Health Worker's schedules and client appointments
  • Confirm completion of client service to referral clinician
  • Timekeeping
Requirements:
  • A current 5 Minute Typing Test 30 wpm or greater completed within past 24 months from a recognized institution
  • Proof of graduation from a recognized Office Administration Program
  • Your Resume indicating two year's recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
