We are seeking a Casual Home Support Scheduler at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, BC.

As a Casual Home Support Scheduler, you will play a vital role in developing and coordinating home support service schedules. Your duties will include:

•Receiving service referrals and changes;
•Reviewing client needs and matching Community Health Workers based on suitability, geographic location, and skills required;
•Scheduling, monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting Community Health Worker's schedules and client appointments;
•Confirming completion of client service to referral clinician;
•Timekeeping.

What will you work on?

The Home Support Scheduler is responsible for coordinating home support services to meet the needs of clients. This includes:

•Coordinating with Community Health Workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to provide high-quality care;
•Developing and implementing schedules that meet the needs of clients and Community Health Workers;
•Monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed to ensure optimal care;
•Collaborating with referral clinicians to ensure client needs are met.

What qualifications do you need?

To be successful in this role, you will need:

•A current 5 Minute Typing Test 30 wpm or greater completed within past 24 months from a recognized institution;
•Proof of graduation from a recognized Office Administration Program;
•Your Resume indicating two year's recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
