Autonomous Vehicle Safety Specialist

As an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Specialist at Wayve Technologies Ltd, you will be part of our world-class operations team responsible for testing our autonomous vehicles across the UK. Your primary role will be to monitor our artificial intelligence and respond to potential hazards to ensure safe testing conditions.
The ideal candidate should have a full clean UK driving license, at least 8 years of driving experience, and strong communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability and flexibility being essential traits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent is required, as well as advanced driving qualifications such as ADI, Emergency Response Advanced Driver, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test autonomous vehicles across the UK
- Monitor artificial intelligence and respond to potential hazards
- Evaluate artificial intelligence during tests and provide expert feedback
- Provide real-world driving examples to train artificial intelligence
- Maintain high safety standards and report safety and vehicle issues
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
