About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Project Worker. In this role, you will provide a secure and safe environment for residents staying at Halton and Brennan Lodge, responding to emergencies and crises with professionalism and empathy.

You will work closely with residents to support them in overcoming their challenges and developing the life skills necessary to achieve independent living. This may involve providing guidance on independent living skills, community links, and social inclusion, as well as supporting residents in achieving positive outcomes across key life areas.

As a Night Project Worker, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming team that is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
