We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and ensure successful delivery of projects in line with expected revenue targets
  • Ensure experienced and trained resources are in place to meet agreed SLA's and Right First Time approach
  • Provision of appropriate equipment, tools, and stock to enable engineers to achieve 100% completion of jobs
  • Creation of Project Briefs, Risk Assessment & Method Statements in line with H&S and Due Diligence requirements
  • Client Management - Anticipating client's needs via proactive planning and issue resolution
  • Actively participate in daily meetings and daily completion reports, providing relevant updates and immediate escalation of any issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years Project Manager (or similar role) experience
  • Project Management Qualification(s) including PRINCE 2 accreditation or similar would be beneficial/desirable
  • Proven ability to deliver against financial budgets and SLA targets
  • Ability to solve problems and work on multiple tasks. Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, PPT, and Excel
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, follow instructions, and be part of a team
