Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including CDM Regulations and NEC4 Contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and NEC4 Contracts, with the ability to ensure compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, with a range of £55,000 - £64,000
- A 7K car allowance, plus 10% bonus and progression opportunities
