Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service users to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and personal development
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to service users in their daily activities
- Facilitate community outings and social events to enhance the quality of life of service users
Requirements
- A high school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is highly desirable
- Relevant experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
