- Perform assessments to identify areas for support
- Provide expert advice and guidance
- Collaborate with community resources to deliver exceptional outcomes
To be considered for this position, you must hold a Social Work Qualification and maintain registration with SWE. A minimum of 3 years of experience after qualifications is also required.

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
