We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco UK LTD.

This is a temporary position initially until June 2025, with a salary of approximately £15.09 per hour, offering an exciting opportunity for administrative professionals to grow their careers.

In this role, you will provide critical support to a dedicated member of the Force Executive, managing daily activities and delivering executive portfolio commitments and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior executives in providing high-level, critical professional and effective personal support.
  2. Manage daily activity and delivery of executive portfolio responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and risk assessment.
  3. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, facilitating collaboration and delivering regional and national responsibilities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Continuous UK residency for at least 3 years.
  2. Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with experience in managing high-volume workloads.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
