About the Role

We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with mental health illnesses and learning difficulties in various private healthcare settings.

Compensation

£22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months recent experience working in a healthcare setting, providing support to service users with varying levels of need. They must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel via own or public transport to local and surrounding areas.

  • Provide individualised support to service users with varying levels of need
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Travel locally to service user locations
Essential Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners. A valid DBS check and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2-3) are also essential.
