Purpose of the Role

To provide critical support to the bank's decision-making processes by designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.

This role requires a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting, including the preparation of notes to the financial statements and monitoring/reporting on litigation provisions and associated governance.
  3. Assist with the planning, execution, and timely delivery of Board materials and reports, as well as contentious stress testing exercises.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Global Litigation, Investigations & Enforcement team, Competition, Financial Crime, and Employment & Pensions Legal teams.
  5. Provide expert advice on complex legal and regulatory issues, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to mitigate risk and strengthen controls.
Requirements

This role requires a strong background in legal and regulatory affairs, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

  1. Paralegal, Legal Executive, or other similar background.
  2. Experience of collating and reporting management information.
  3. Project management experience.
  4. Experience working within financial services industry.

This role will be based in Glasgow.
