About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of predominantly litigated defender files within our case management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of litigated defender files, including counter-fraud files, EL and PL claims, and complex, high-value catastrophic injury files.
  • Reporting directly to clients on all aspects of the litigation, including reserving strategy and tactics.
  • Carrying out advocacy at procedural hearings, debates, and proofs.
  • Instructing Counsel in complex claims.
