About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic Insurance team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of predominantly litigated defender files within our case management system, ranging from counter-fraud files to EL and PL claims, including complex, high-value catastrophic injury files.

You will report directly to clients on all aspects of the litigation, including reserving strategy and tactics to ensure that clients are confident that their legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner, and to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

You will be asked to carry out advocacy at procedural hearings, debates, and proofs and to instruct Counsel in complex claims.
