Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as a Store Manager in Glasgow. As our brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the store's overall commercial success, managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants to create a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to maximize KPIs and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Develop a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
  • Nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential, supporting their succession and becoming a Pandora product expert.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment.
  • A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to understand Pandora's local and global business strategy and translate it into store, regional, and division KPIs.
  • Experience in using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and taking action to deliver when opportunities are identified.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
