Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at RAS (Retail Asset Solutions). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee the implementation of merchandising and stock replenishment strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
