About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at EE Retail. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead, engage, and develop a talented team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Establish a culture of high-performance that focuses on both fiscal and behavioral KPIs
  • Create and manage a welcoming and customer-focused store environment
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of inspirational leadership in a large/high-profile retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams to strong commercial results
  • Self-motivated and proactive with established coaching and development skills
  • Possess an ability to set and carry out long-term plans
  • Demonstrate mobility within a local area
