Job Description

As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail in maintaining our properties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of housekeepers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality standards within the department.
  • Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance staff development, training, and performance management.
