We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Powered Access Equipment hire business across the Midlands area.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and maximising sales opportunities, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving planned sales targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Powered Access Equipment market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets and goals through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and present quotes and proposals to clients
  • Identify and develop new markets and sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a field sales role, preferably in a plant hire or powered access environment
  • Experience of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional image
  • Ability to influence and persuade to close sales deals
  • Full UK driving licence
