IT Service Delivery Specialist

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join their team in Leeds. As a key member of the Service Delivery Department, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
  • Ensure that hardware is fit for purpose and operates according to service levels.
  • Perform disaster recovery operations and assist in maintaining the disaster recovery strategy.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and replace faulty network components when required.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and perform cost analysis for standard equipment.
  • Ensure the standard is maintained across the company in accordance with governance policies.
  • Oversee and respond to support requests within SLA's.
  • Recommend improvements and oversee implementation of network and security hardware.
  • Produce dashboards to monitor performance and detect common trends.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new ITSM tool.
  • Be on the on-call rota for weekends and as required.
  • Create user accounts and set up new equipment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to take ownership of their workload.
  • Must have a valid UK driver's license and vehicle with a willingness to travel as and when the role dictates.
  • Understanding of the ITIL 4 framework is desirable.
  • Experience of administering Windows Servers and Office 365 is required.
