About the Role

As a Clinical Lead for Memory Services, you will play a key role in the co-ordination and development of our memory clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with dementia and their carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of caseload - clinical
  • Exercise good personal time management, punctuality, and consistent reliable attendance
  • Participate in the team across the Memory Service
  • Supervise and support staff at Band 5 and under grades

Person Specification
  • RMN Qualification: Essential qualification and active registration
  • At least 2 years working as a nurse in a healthcare or social care setting
  • Good assessment skills, ability to assess risk, and care plan effectively
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team (MDT)

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
