Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and growing a successful care team who deliver personal care services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activity of the care team, ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
- Ensure the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
- Be responsible for compliance with quality standards, both internally and for regulators and contract holders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification along with a Registration.
- Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Good budget, business management, and commercial skills.
- A solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services.
