Reeds Rains is seeking a highly motivated Property Sales and Lettings Manager to join our Castleford branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Property Sales and Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing the sales and lettings business within the branch by:

  • Generating and conducting property appraisals
  • Winning and gaining new instructions on properties to sell or let
  • Business prospecting and proactive activity
  • Local market knowledge and networking
  • Maximising branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)

You will also display excellent customer service at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within the sales and lettings industry and have relevant and up-to-date legislation knowledge. A full UK driving license is essential.
