Senior Event Manager - Corporate Events Venue

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at a large-scale events venue in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our hospitality and events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events in our dedicated events space.
About the Role
The Event Manager will work closely with our Senior Event Managers and Operations Manager to plan and execute mid to large-sized conferences, awards, and exhibition projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in events and hospitality, preferably in a venue or hotel setting. You should have experience in conference and banqueting, as well as excellent communication and client-facing skills. Flexibility is required, including evening and weekend work, and a positive approach to problem-solving is essential.
