Senior Project Manager

Barclays is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead change projects that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with senior management and functional leadership teams to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
