We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including orthopaedics, rheumatology, and hand therapy, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals and preferences.
- Conduct group sessions and aquatic therapy sessions as part of the MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy service.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
- Degree/graduate diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- Experience in musculoskeletal services, with a strong understanding of the PT process and clinical reasoning.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative, with good time management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within different teams.
