Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at the Royal Free Hospital. As a key member of our MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be expected to work at a specialized level of practice in the treatment of MSK conditions, with a focus on hand therapy and orthopaedics. You will be supported by a team of experienced physiotherapists and have a Band 7 Physiotherapist supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert physiotherapy care to patients with MSK conditions
- Work closely with the orthopaedics and rheumatology teams to ensure seamless care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Contribute to the development of the MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy service
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy
- Experience working in an MSK setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
