Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including orthopaedics, rheumatology, and hand therapy, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practice in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and students, promoting excellence in clinical practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
- Degree/graduate diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- Experience in musculoskeletal services, with a strong understanding of clinical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within different teams.
