Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at the Royal Free Hospital. As a key member of our MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be expected to work at a specialized level of practice in the treatment of MSK conditions, with a focus on hand therapy. You will be supported by a Band 7 Physiotherapist supervisor and work closely with the Orthopaedic and Rheumatology teams, as well as the Hand therapy and Pelvic health teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with MSK conditions
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
- Degree/graduate diploma in Physiotherapy
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
- Experience in musculoskeletal services
- Understanding and application of the PT process
- Teaching/education of colleagues/multidisciplinary team and/or public/carers
- Team working and ability to work as part of a team
