Are you an AV professional looking for a new challenge? Rafferty Resourcing is seeking a skilled Technical AV Solutions Specialist to join our client's expanding team.

The Role:

  • Provide technical support throughout the project delivery process, ensuring seamless collaboration between pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • Deliver high-quality project design documentation, including technical schematics and architectural CAD drawings.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, project managers, and tech leads to expand technical and design information provided to customers.
  • Liaise with customers on design, technical, and delivery requirements, fostering effective communication and satisfaction.
  • Produce detailed drawing packs with accurate technical information, ensuring faultless project execution.
  • Conduct ad-hoc site surveys to validate project design, combining technical expertise with M&E insights.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technology to develop and deploy new processes and standards, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Partner with the Pre-Commissioning team to test new equipment, mock up systems, and build product demos, enhancing customer experience.
  • Act as the technical designer for all variations and amendments post-handover, facilitating design adjustments and specifying relevant equipment.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with internal teams and external customers. A minimum of five years of AV installation experience and solid technical knowledge of corporate AV & UC hardware are essential.

As a detail-oriented individual, you will ensure that all aspects of an installation have been thoroughly checked and documented. Your commercially minded approach will enable you to work on project variations and amendments while maintaining profitability for the business.
