Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to join our client's team. As an Apprenticeship Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices in residential childcare settings, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners.
- Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach.
- Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to support apprentices' on-the-job learning as an apprenticeship coach.
- Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
- Proven experience in residential childcare management.
- Recognised teaching or training qualification.
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in residential childcare.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners as an apprenticeship coach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
