About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team at S Knights Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices in residential childcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions to apprentices in residential childcare.
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and regulations in residential childcare.
  • Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to support apprentices' on-the-job learning as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential childcare management.
  • Recognised teaching or training qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in residential childcare.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
