Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Occupational Health Physician
RPS Occupational Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will be responsible for providing chargeable service delivery, while maintaining professional standards and accreditation.
About the Role
This is a permanent role working 2-5 days per week, with the opportunity to work from our RPS OH base in Dunton and Dagenham. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, HSE Appointed Doctor medicals, OEUK medicals, and Tier 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, and HSE Appointed Doctor medicals
- Participate in audit activities to maintain SEQOHS accreditation
- Oversee quality and clinical management, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
- Support business development, health and safety, people, and financial management
- Continued professional development
Requirements
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine
- IT literate with working knowledge of MS office suite
- Knowledge of quality management and accreditation systems and work-related health matters
- Flexible, highly motivated team player with outstanding people skills
- Ability to understand and meet targets and deadlines
- Able to learn and assimilate new information
- Well-developed deductive and intuitive abilities
- Full UK driving licence
