**Job Role**:
We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.

Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

**The Service**:
This supported living service is located in Dagenham and supports people with learning disabilities. It accommodates up to 7 individuals and operates on a 24-hour basis including sleep ins. It is also located close to local amenities and is easily accessible by public transport.

**Important Information**:

- Right to work documentation will need to be provided.
- Certificate of sponsorship is unavailable at this time (Skilled worker route).
