Job Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualised and small-group support to SEN pupils, adapting activities to meet diverse needs.
  2. Work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  3. Use behavior management techniques to support students with emotional and social needs.
  4. Track student progress and collaborate with teachers to adjust learning plans as needed.
