Dedicated SEN Tutor Required

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide high-quality, individualized support to young people with complex special educational needs in the Havering area.

About the Role
  • Deliver tailored Maths and English tuition to students requiring alternative education arrangements.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure effective support for students, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for meeting the diverse needs of students.
Compensation

The estimated hourly salary for this role is £25-35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Tasks
  1. Develop and implement personalized learning plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  2. Regularly monitor student progress and make adjustments to teaching strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified teacher or tutor with significant experience in SEN support.
  • Strong knowledge of the Maths and English curriculum for key stages 1-4.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
