Business Development Manager

Sales Leaders are pivotal to our growth strategy at Pareto. We seek a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead new business opportunities, leading our sales team to unprecedented success in the cleaning and hygiene market.
As 98% of our products are produced internally, expertise in manufacturing is essential for this role. A strong focus will be placed on acquiring new accounts, with the company looking for someone who can establish robust relationships while effectively managing a self-sufficient sales team.
- This leadership position involves B2B relationship management, tracking KPIs (with an approximate 70/30 split between management and sales activities), and regular communication with the sales team.
- The successful candidate will have experience managing a sales team but will not require daily supervision.
We offer a competitive salary package including £80,000 base + OTE, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business is required, along with over 10 years of sales experience and strong new business hunting skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team and possess a deep understanding of manufacturing principles.
We require the ability to commute to Coventry office 2-3 days a week and a passion for driving business growth through innovative strategies.
