Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Innovent, an engineering and manufacturing company delivering innovative solutions worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering low quantities as needed.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders with vendors, ensuring timely delivery;
  • Generating internal quotes and sales orders;
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and computer;
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed;

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be involved in generating quotes and sales orders, which requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and attention to detail. You should have 1-2 years of experience with Epicor or similar ERP applications and purchasing and sales support.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
