\Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage medication, including ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal.\
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents, overseeing their care profiles and ensuring timely reviews.\
- Model excellent clinical leadership, supervising Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants.\
- Ensure best practice in nursing care, utilizing digital skills and collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Manager.\
- Maintain accurate records, complete risk assessments, and ensure timely care plan updates.\
- Collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement and implement new initiatives.\
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure seamless operations.\
- Foster open communication, providing peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects for staff members.\
- Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and inclusivity.\
- Analyze situations, make informed decisions, and take calculated risks to ensure patient safety and well-being.\
