Job Summary

This position involves managing the day-to-day activities of a care home unit, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have experience in nursing management, be able to motivate and lead a team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the unit's budget and resources
  • Liaising with other departments and healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. We offer a competitive salary of up to £21.25 per hour (£36,465 per annum full time equivalent), depending on experience.
