Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Clinical Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Services Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Tier 3 Weight Management programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Dietitians, Health Coaches, Psychologists, and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, fostering an environment that delivers exceptional patient care while supporting their growth and development.
  • Advocate for the Clinical Services Team within the wider Clinical Function and across the organization.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the Clinical Services Team's performance.
  • Communicate learnings from the team to support the continuous improvement of our programs and technology platform.
  • Collaborate with Patient Services, Account Management, and Finance & BI Teams to ensure contract KPIs and payment milestones are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in line management.
  • A coaching skill set to support team members in achieving performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities, with a willingness to upskill in interpreting data as needed.
  • Experience handling complaints and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment.
